The US Congresswoman, Lauren Boebert has announced a split from husband after 18 years of marriage.
Lauren, made in a statement on Tuesday cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split with her husband.
She however appealed to the media to respect her family.
Lauren and her husband, Jayson got married in 2005 and have four children together.
A divorce hearing has been scheduled for May 31 in Mesa County.
