Live: Collation of Guber election results ongoing
Collation of results are ongoing across the country as candidates of the Governorship and State House of Assembly election await the outcome.
On Saturday, Governorship election was held in 28 out of 36 States while the State House of Assembly election held in all 36 States.
Though INEC was largely commended for promptness to election site and the function of the BVAS, pockets of violence was witnessed in about 20 states.
They are Lagos, Delta, Benue, Osun, Ondo, Ogun, Niger and Kano.
Others are Ebonyi, Bayelsa, Imo, Edo, Anambra and Katsina.
Also, Zamfara, Kaduna, Rivers, Taraba, Anambra and Plateau also had cases of disruptions.
Aside reported attacks on voters, EFCC operatives and journalists; there was also alleged vote buying and destruction of voting materials.
However, INEC has said it will hold election on Sunday in some polling units in places like Lagos, Plateau and Rivers States.
